What's the module? It looks to my untutored eyes like a problem in the module itself, not the download (not a ZipSomethingError, a VerseParsingError)

The error reported is not in installing the module(s) themselves, but in refreshing the screen after installing the modules. Apparently it thought the current reference was incorrect in on of the current book when it refreshed the screen. I can't say why it would be a problem, since obviously that reference was valid when it was opened just before the new book(s) were installed. It could be a problem where it was trying to use a localised verse reference where it was expecting an internal verse reference and it failed.

Anyway, the new book(s) should have been installed before the references were refreshed, so if you restart BPBible they should appear there. If they don't, then that is a problem. To try and help us track down the error, could you please give us as much of the following information as you can:
1. What locale you were in at the time? (English, Portuguese, ...)

2. What books were open (Bible, commentary, etc.)

3. What references the books were open to.

If you can't remember any of this, that's fine, and we'll still do our best to reproduce it.
