Is there an update that fixes this problem?

Indexing error message

That looks like http://code.google.com/p/bpbible/issues/detail?id=79, which has been fixed and will be in 0.4.5. I'm hoping 0.4.5 will be released in the next week, but I can't guarantee anything.

Thanks for the report.

Thanks Jon!

Wow, it is nice to get such a rapid response to my query. I am trying out some "different models" of Sword. BP, Xiphos, SwordBible.

I am VERY new. Is there a utility that takes text and "formats" it into a module? Where would I look to find instructions on how to modify text to create a module? Is there a module that has parsing (or is morphology what you call it?)for OT verbs? Please, there is no rush on answering my curiosities.

What is your role, Jon? This is a neat project. Keep up the good work.

thanx and blessings!!

Creating books and other questions

Probably the best reference for creating books is at http://www.crosswire.org/wiki/DevTools:Modules. I view user editable books, user comments, and so on as very high priority, and would really love to work on it, but unfortunately 0.5 has a lot of necessary big changes first and that will take a while.

The KJV appears to have some morphological tags, but when I turn on Display > Morphological tags it tells me "Don't know how to open this morphology type". I have never used the morphology, so I have no real idea what it does and whether it is supposed to work or not.

My role is developer and maintainer. I make lots of small changes and bug-fixes (including things that annoy me using the software), and I try to keep releases happening. The only really large project I have done is the topic management support, which is my first step in the user editable content vision and which I find quite handy.

And the main reason I answer things quickly is so that I don't have to remember to go back to them :).
