i just download bpbible 0.4.7 portable.
when i run bpbible and antivirus bitdefender is activate, bpbible runs and stop without any log.
i tried on 3 pc (with all 3 bitdefender) and it is the same, bpbible runs and stop without any log.

when i deactivate 5 minutes antivirus of bitdefender, i run bpbible and all is ok, the software runs good.

after, i tried in bitdefender antivirus, to create exclusion on the directory of bpbible --> don't work

after, i tried exclusion in Active Virus Control --> don't work
then, bpbible don't work with bitdefender !

I reported the same error for 0.4.5 but then I had no error to report. The work around is to run the program in win xp terminal elmulator. But now, after installing an running the latest version, I found the following error message in the log file. Hope it helps you to solve the problem.

BPBible 0.4.6 added support for selecting different colours for a topic tag.

BPBible 0.4.6 improved the drop-down book selector to include the full name of the book as well as its abbreviation. The books which are in bold are the ones which contain an entry for the current reference.

Noticed something strange. BPBible doesn't work on my Win7 64bit laptop, although the previous version worked under win vista 64bit. It starts, the splash is shown and then it shutsdown without warning or error. The same behaviour was seen on the winXP 32bit laptop of my wife. Both laptops have the latest updates installed.

Is it possible to bookmark where I leave off my reading?

can this software be made into a bible projection software? So this be a big help in projecting bible verses in the LCD...

another thing, is there anyway to edit bibles used in this software?

Hey, just want to say, after reading some lackluster comments from at least one other poster, that I think this Bible was a great find. I am a student and have two jobs, so my flash drive and I (?!) use about 6 different computers in the course of a week. I have been struggling with how to keep up with my Bible study and have the tools available that I need everywhere that I go, and your software is the perfect fit for what I'm looking for!

I notice that when I close BPB and open it again that the verse comparison defaults to single verse view. I have to click on the chapter or book. My preference would be for it to open to the largest unit possible with the current highlight verse in focus.

Another thing is that I always expect the verse comparison to jump to the verse I have clicked on in the main window but it doesn't. That seems like it would be nicer if it stayed in sync with the main window.
